I had digestive issues for 25 years, I didn't know life without painful bloat. It all started when I was 5 years old! I cleared out a bus of high school athletes, they were gagging on my farts. My doctor told my mom I was healthy because I liked vegetables. I struggled in school because I could never focus or retain anything. I started having joint pain and hip pain that made it hurt to walk around age 16, this continued for over a decade. I went to nursing school, I still couldn't focus, I got on ADHD medication. I started having anxiety and panic attacks, once I thought I was having a heart attack while driving down the highway. My periods got excruciating to where I would vomit on myself in bed because of the pain. I started having hot flashes, I had a 45 day long period and at one point had what appeared to be raw meat fall out of my lady parts. I was in the shower in my dorms and had to crawl my naked half towel covered body back to my room because I couldn't walk. I got on birth control, which made me hit rock bottom. 

Then by the grace of God,I found Nutritional Therapy which explained the root of 25 years of pain - my digestive system wasn't working properly!!! I started to truly understand functional medicine and the fact that each cell in my body is trying to achieve homeostasis!! I started to support the process of digestion every symptom above peacefully left my life.
